Jacob isn't used to being snuck up on. It doesn't happen, not normally, unless he's grossly outnumbered, and even then he's not unaware just... busy.

He turns, as best he can, and yes of course its the man himself. He doesn't really have an out, and he knows better than to try and fight him again, especially alone.
